  2. Tell us your order number and briefly why you’re not happy.
  3. We’ll refund the purchase price within 14 days using the payment method you paid with. You don’t need to send the product back.

  • The guarantee applies to products you bought directly in our online shop at organicmagnesium.de. Purchases from Amazon or other retailers are covered by their own return policies.
  • The guarantee period is 30 days from the day you received the goods. The date we receive your email is what counts.
  • We refund the purchase price of the products concerned. Shipping costs are not refunded.
  • The guarantee applies once per customer and household.
  • The guarantee applies in all countries we deliver to.
