General Terms and Conditions

This is a translation of our German terms and conditions (Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen), provided for your convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the German version prevails.

  1. Scope The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
  2. Contracting party, conclusion of the contract The purchase contract is concluded with ORGMAG Holding OÜ, Uus-Sadama tn 25, 10111 Tallinn, Estonia (registration number 14543514). The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalogue. You can first place our products in the basket without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order, using the correction aids provided and explained for this purpose in the ordering process. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods in the basket. Confirmation of receipt of your order is sent by e-mail immediately after the order has been submitted. When paying with PayPal, the contract is concluded as follows: during the ordering process you are redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. There you can enter your payment details and confirm the payment instruction to PayPal. After the order has been placed in the shop, we ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction and thereby accept your offer. When paying by credit or debit card (including via Apple Pay or Google Pay), Klarna or another payment method offered through our payment service provider Stripe, the contract is concluded as follows: when you place the order, you transmit your payment details to Stripe or are redirected to the page of the respective provider (e.g. Klarna or your bank) to confirm the payment. After your confirmation, we request the payment via Stripe immediately after the order and thereby accept your offer.
  3. Contract language, storage of the contract text The language available for concluding the contract is German. We do not store the contract text.
  4. Delivery terms Shipping costs are added to the stated product prices. You can find the amount of the shipping costs and the delivery times on our Shipping & delivery page.
