Noticeable effect

The magnesium oil spray noticeably helps with muscle relaxation. Just a few sprays are enough. Important: be sure to wash it off after use so it doesn't mark your clothes. The slight tingle takes a little getting used to at first, but it isn't bothersome.

With a skincare effect

The magnesium spray was new to me. Until now I mostly knew effervescent tablets, or an ointment/gel for stressed muscles.
The spray bottle with the spare nozzle is a handy size and releases a fine mist of oil with each spray, which is much easier to work in than ointments.
Rubbing it in also gives a relaxing massage effect, which certainly adds to the soothing result.
Another plus is that this magnesium oil also cares for the skin itself. So it's a 2-in-1 solution that I find sensible and effective.

Spraying it on the soles of my feet after or during a long working day – wonderful!
It's almost as good as a foot bath. Absorbs straight away and you feel refreshed right away.
I've also used the spray on my muscles after the gym, and that is relaxing and refreshing too.
So a great spray, the price is okay, but you use it up faster than you think.

Well-tolerated magnesium oil

A magnesium oil I ordered before made me tired for days. This Dutch Zechstein product works just as well, but it definitely suits me better. I'm happy to accept the comparatively higher price for that.

Other advantages are the German-language instructions and the extra spray pump (with magnesium oil the pump can easily get blocked; you can use the spare one straight away while you soak the other in warm water).

The magnesium oil contains only magnesium chloride and water. It has a muscle-relaxing effect on me without making me tired for long.

Very, very good magnesium oil. Unfortunately the plastic bottle is very thin and arrived dented after shipping. It has a dent at the bottom and so doesn't stand properly. But good that it didn't break open.

It's very good that the oil comes in a dark glass bottle. The dispenser is great too. I can't say yet how well the oil works, as I've only been using it for 2 days.

You shouldn't have plans after applying it, as you can feel it on your skin, but after sport it's time to relax anyway.

I think the magnesium oil is great. Applying it takes a little getting used to and the oil runs out of your hand quickly... I spilled a little every time. You just have to be more careful. The quality is great though. I mainly apply the oil after sport, once I've showered.
